Who
It is my privilege to sit with and accompany people through periods of profound change in their lives. I offer discreet and personalised support to individuals seeking to initiate, strengthen or sustain recovery from substance use, process addictions, burnout and other challenges relating to behavioural health.
What
Why
Coaching can help people who feel stuck to identify what matters most to them and how to make the next right step. Recovery coaching provides practical guidance, emotional support and accountability as clients discover and develop resources that support long term recovery and relapse prevention.
My work is driven by an unshakable belief in your capacity for change, rooted in my own lived experience. Every journey is unique; each of us starts out from a different point, equipped with different tools and resources. My practice provides a safe, non-judgemental place for honest, courageous conversations as clients find their own pathway and redirect moments of spiritual crisis towards a life of connection, meaning and purpose.
